The webinar will be hosted by our Senior Career Consultant Lisa Jones, who will be joined by Jo Haigh, Founder of OnBoarding Officers and an award-winning Non-Executive Director (NED), including The Sunday Times NED of the Year.

Jo has over 35 years of commercial experience as an Executive Director, Business Owner, Non-Executive Director, and Chairman. Jo will share her first-hand insights into areas where organisations and boardrooms lack key skill sets and what a role in a commercial environment may look like in terms of responsibilities and commitment. 

We will also be joined by Paddy Parvin, former RN Captain and now NED and advisor, who will share his personal resettlement journey, hints and tips, and the skills he was able to carry forward into a new role.

You will be offered practical steps to begin your commercial or boardroom journey, the opportunity to learn about the transferability of specific skills that former military personnel who have successfully transitioned into commercial roles possess, and a Q&A session.
