Philip Wilcocks
Director, Chair, Board Member
After 38 years of service, Philip retired as Rear Admiral from the Royal Navy in 2009. Philip rose through the ranks being promoted to Deputy Commander of Joint Operations. He is now Owner/Director of CEMPA and sits on several SME Boards whilst engaging as Chair/Board Member of voluntary organisations.
Monica Chadha

In addition to her board appointments, Monica runs her own consultancy & is an Ashridge-trained Executive Coach. Monica is a regular speaker and graduated from the Deloitte Women on Boards Programme and BAME on Boards Programme.
John Peters
Director at Monkey Business
John has over 20 years of experience as a pilot in the RAF and served on a number of operational missions throughout his career including Operation Desert Storm. He retired from the military in 2000 as a Squadron Leader and launched his own management consultancy firm specialising in business strategy, leadership and change.

Alison McKinna

Alison is a portfolio NED representing a number of Boards across different companies. Alison has experience in both the public and private sector, and able to operate across multiple industry sectors (utilities, financial services, technology, legal services, healthcare, construction, procurement and charities). Alison is an accomplished strategic delivery and client focused business leader with a successful track record of accelerated business transformation ensuring financial growth, digital innovation, and improved customer experience. Alison was a finalist for Board Director of the Year in the UK Women in IT Awards 2021, recognising her contribution to technology enabled organisations, and support for diversity and inclusion.
Clive Garston
Consultant, Board Member, Chair
Clive has sat on a number of boards both public and private as Chairman or NED over the last 30 years and has served on audit and remuneration committees. Additionally, Clive is a corporate lawyer specialising in Equity Capital markets and public and private M&A at DACBeachcroft LLP. He is a fellow of the CISI and for six years until 2021 Chaired its corporate finance forum. Previously also a member of the QCA Corporate Governance Group and was an author of its Corporate Governance Code at that time.
Steve Naylor
Portfolio Finance Director, NED
Steve is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has vast experience working in large public companies in manufacturing and IT software and services. Some years ago, Steve worked with a technology start-up company that saw rapid growth and subsequently achieved a flotation on AIM and a successful exit. He then moved into consultancy work acting as portfolio FD/NED across a range of sectors, helping them with their growth plans and other aspects of their business.
