Our Mentors are available to all our Members, and can provide free, informal sessions (up to 30 minutes) post-cohort or relationships can be established for more focussed guidance.
The Mentors are there to support you as you seek your new role or even during your new appointment. They can provide motivation, emotional support, and role modelling where necessary. It may be that you seek help with exploring your new career and which organisation type or industry you would be better suited to, help you to set realistic goals, or providing and helping you to develop key contacts.
